Simple and small house of traditional style located just 50m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava and the centre of Llafranc, close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Maximum capacity for 4 people. Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!

It consists of a furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun, 2 double bedrooms (both with 2 single beds (2 of 90x190cm and 2 of 120x180cm), 2 full bathrooms with shower, living-dining room (TV), fully equipped kitchen with (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, etc.) and garage included in the price.

Pets not allowed.

Apartment for families, bookings from young people under 35 years of age are not accepted.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

La situation de l'appartement est vraiment idéale. On fait tout à pieds. La plage est à 2 pas, les commerces également. Le garage privatif est un grand plus. Le logement est par contre resté dans "son jus" un petit coup de remis à neuf serai à envisager pour apprécier son plein potentiel.Nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir des voisins (au dessus de nous) très bruyant durant une nuit. Sachez que l'appartement devient alors très sonore et que vous participez à la fiesta des voisins en même temps. J'en ai fait part au propriétaire qui a très vite réagit. Les équipements sont corrects, mais la chose qu'il manque véritablement, c'est (à défaut d'une climatisation) des ventilateurs pour pouvoir supporter les chaudes nuits que l'on peut avoir en plein été. Nous y avons quand même passé un agréable séjour.

3 semaines passées à Llafranc dans cet appartement très bien situé à 50 mètres de la plage. Le descriptif et les photos indiqués sur le site sont conformes. Le garage est un plus. Le cellier avec la machine à laver également mais mériterait un bon coup de propre (en raison notamment de la présence de 3 oisillons hirondelles dans un nid et de minuscules insectes se propageant jusqu'à la rampe menant à la terrasse).Location gérée par une agence immobilière répondant efficacement à toutes mes interrogations au moment de la réservation. Bon accueil. Avons passé un excellent séjour

Une maison très bien placée dans le village et à quelques pas de la crique de llafranc

Une maison très bien placée dans le village et à quelques pas de la crique de llafranc. Elle dispose d’une terrasse qui permet de manger à l’extérieur. Pouvoir rentrer la voiture dans le garage attenant à la maison est très appréciable aussi. La surface des pièces est bonne. Un canapé plus grand serait appréciable .
