Fantastic and pleasant semi-detached house with spectacular sea views, recently refurbished with high quality materials. Located in the Urbanization of La Borna, in Sa Tuna. Distributed in 2 levels. In the main part we find 3 bedrooms, 1 of them type suite, 1 complete bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace and its impressive sea views, open kitchen, laundry room and a guest toilet. On the lower level, private swimming pool with large terrace and summer dining area and also enjoying wonderful sea views. Private parking space for one car outside.
