Welcome to this family-friendly, genuinely cozy and completely newly renovated cottage near Brofjorden's surging sea and salty baths and the nice and family-friendly bathing place at Govik, perfect for wonderful swimming and crab fishing. Here you live very comfortably with access to large lawn areas and on the terrace there is a SPA bath from which you can enjoy the scenic environment. In the immediate area there are several nice walking paths, including the popular coastal path passes outside where you can hike and maybe meet one of the forest animals or pick your own mushrooms or just enjoy the view of the sea and the seafront nature. It is not far to Lysekil and Brastad with many other beaches, golf courses and other places to visit. The accommodation is also a perfect starting point for you who want to practice outdoor life, popular in the area is to challenge the mountains in the form of rock climbing, it is not far to some of Bohuslän's best mountains. There are also interesting rock carvings here or you can explore the marine environment outside both from above and below the surface, feel free to bring or rent a kayak. The cottage is beautifully located with only a small family campsite that separates the cottage from the sea and swimming. You can glimpse the sea between the trees that border the plot. Via the entrance you enter a small hall and further into the open kitchen with stove, separate oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a large dining area. Via the dining room you come to the living room with sofa bed, TV and a cozy wood burning stove. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. From the hall there are stairs up to the second floor with a double bedroom and two sleeping alcoves with a 140 cm bed in each alcove. Here is also the cottage's second living room with TV and a wood burning stove. The generously sized terrace has summer furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. There is also a lovely SPA bath and outside the terrace there is a large lawn, perfect for play and games. A wonderful place to grill and enjoy meals, discuss the day's adventures or plan for new ones. Electric car / hybrid car can be charged for a fee. Lysekil, which is popularly called "The City by the Sea" is located at the far end of the sea band. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us hikes on nature reserves and paths with nice smooth red granite cliffs that are unique in Bohuslän.
