Upon entry, you are welcomed by a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a sideboard and a flat-screen TV; a large French door directly connects this space to the panoramic terrace, creating a perfect continuity between interior and exterior.

Adjacent to the living room, the kitchen develops in typical Neapolitan style, finely decorated with frescoes inspired by nature. This space is completely equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and is completed by a practical peninsula and a lava stone table capable of accommodating up to eight people.



The sleeping area offers maximum comfort and privacy.

The first two bedrooms are located right next to the living room: the first features a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious wardrobe, whilst the second has a French bed.

Crossing a characteristic corridor, you access the third master bedroom, also equipped with a king-size bed and a private balcony.

The property is served by two full bathrooms, both equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.

• Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. For arrivals from 23:00 onwards, the supplement is €50.



•Check-out: by 10:00 AM.



• Accommodation tax: to be paid on arrival, €2.50 per person per night.



• Parking: Parking is available nearby at the Mandara car park.
