We loved this property very much, very spacious for us, it was well appointed with all the appliances you could need. The pool especially is fantastic and safe. Santi our host was very nice, most welcoming and helpful. This property is nice and secluded with a large parking area. Ideal for a quiet holiday and I’m sure we will be back again, can’t wait.

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Santana!

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Santana! We villa was really spacious, with loads of room in all the bedrooms and living areas, but the pool and outside area was a particular highlight. We loved the swimming pool, it was the perfect size for us, and was lovely and warm when heated. Hours of fun were had! The location of the villa was also perfect, being pretty central. We travelled all over the island (hire a car, it makes life much easier and flexible), and nowhere was more than half an hours drive! Highly recommended!

Lovely peaceful location - approx 20 walk from Tias. The property is lovely however could do with a little TLC, crumbs on floor when we arrived and showers weren’t very clean, couple of sun beds were broke and minimal crockery. Also to note though there are 3 bathrooms one is outside. Other than this had a lovely relaxing break.

Lovely location We stayed at this villa in June this year and had a great time. A very lovely villa with everything you could need. The pool was wonderful to have a dip in after a long hot day or first thing in the morning to wake you up..... or just to laze by in the day, although we spent every day out around this beautiful island. Absolutely spotless when we arrived and very comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Thank you Santiago for the fabulous stay at your much loved house. My family and I stayed for 14 days and it was a delight. The house itself is up but so easy to go visit and set off for all the island has to offer, and then land back "home" to cool down in the pool. It was perfect for us, the beds were very comfortable, the house is well equipped and the showers are huge. Would highly recommend Villa Santana to anyone considering a stay in Lanzarote

The best was the owner. Santiago is very kind and he was always in touch we us for helping in all we need. We will come back to Villa Santana as soon as we can. Its a quiet and beautiful house in the middle of the island. Very near of everywhere.

Idyllic Peace & Tranquillity!

The ideal property if after a day exploring you want to get back to peace and calm - to enjoy a drink and maybe a swim or just to lie back and sunbathe. The house is well equipped with great outdoor area. A car is essential and although set just above Tias everywhere is very accessible. There is so much to see and do you can choose whatever you want. The roads are good. A lovely villa but it is set away for the main resorts - great for families.

Disappointing Aspects

The property is in need of some investment. it would not take huge sums to add the touch of luxury we were expecting. location good, but disappointed with building work next door that took a week.

Villa was fine, the outside space is the reason we booked it. The pool was nice but 3 of the 8 sunloungers were without any cushions and the plastic was snapped so pretty uncomfortable to sunbath on for 10 days. The bbq area is nice but there is VERY limited kitchen equipment. There were only4 bowls when we arrived and not enough cutlery for us all to have a knife and fork each. This was sorted when we notified the agent and a bag of crockery was left outside the villa. Considering how windy Lanzarote is there was only glasses, and only 6 glasses. The kids spent most of their time drinking out of wine glasses and there were just enough mugs to have a cup of tea each (adults only) but everything needed to washed after every use to be able to use it again. Extremely small (and uncomfortable) sofas that could seat for of us. Everyone else had to sit on dining room chairs every evening. The bathrooms aren’t really suited to 8 people either, after most of us had a shower in the evening the toilets and sink in the kitchen would start to overflow and we had a bathroom flood twice. Plus there was a random man who we kept seeing on the driveway, who I believe was staying in a small building behind the villa - unsure who he was but it was a bit concerning.We had a nice time nonetheless but extremely pleased to be home with some home comforts! Villa would be fine for a family of 4 but for a family of 8 it was a bit of an uncomfortable stretch!

Great villa for families with teenager boys.

Excellent villa for two families with teenage boys staying for fortnight. Clean property and good size (warm!) pool which was well maintained throughout our stay. Very comfortable beds and the addition of fans during our stay was appreciated. Rural location with great views of volcano and coastline, no concerns with disturbing others or others disturbing us! Very close to airport (10 mins) but no noise from air traffic. The villa's location was ideal for exploring the island and activities with the boys. Local supermarket in Tias has everything you need. Fantastic outdoor BBQ kitchen which was used repeatedly during our stay, the multiple outdoor seating areas worked well throughout the day with plenty of shade. The villa would benefit from an additional sofa in the lounge area and some cushions for the sun loungers to make the hard job of lounging around more comfortable!

Que dire à part WHAOUU... La maison correspond toute à fait à la description.. et à nos attentes ... Notre hote tres gentils, et tres reactif à nos demandes. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus ! Idéal pour un sejour en famille ... Je recommande vivement !

Excellent Villa in Tias (Lanzarote), The Villa is fabulous and is ideal if you like to be in a quiet area. It is very spacious and the pool is unbeatable. The Villa is fully equipped. We were already two years ago and we liked it so much that we decided to repeat. Totally recommended for families
