This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We are seasoned visitors to Playa Blanca and have stayed in many villas. Absolutely loved this villa. Situated close enough for a walk to the beach (about 15 mins) next to Aldi but also peaceful and quiet. Same layout as other villa in this area but got the sun until late in the evening which others don’t because of positions etc. loved this villa and hope to be back soon!

Enjoyed our stay at this villa. Aldi just 5 minute walk away, Lidl 5 minute drive. Only 10/15 minutes walk to the promenade and just a couple of minutes drive to the Rubicon Marina or town centre. The villa is spacious and was clean and tidy. It's a bit sparse in the lounge and there are no extras like salt/pepper/oil/hand soap/dish cloths etc. Showers were spacious with excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. Air con in the bedrooms were great - lounge not so good but I think they were getting it looked at after I messaged. The property manager responded promptly with a couple of issues. Very spacious outside with ample seating and sunbeds. Again very stark and pretty slippy after being in the pool. Pool was warm despite not having heating. Good value as we had a discount.

Lovely stay in a clean, comfortable and well presented villa. Downsides were that the Wifi details were wrong on the guest sheet so took a while to work that out, also there were no amenities/supplies left as I'd usually expect, no salt or pepper, no bin bags, no toilet roll other than one in each toilet, etc. Most rentals I've had do have a certain level of basic supplies but this villa had been emptied of all of them and for a 1 week stay there's a lot of extra shipping to do.

The villa was a good size with one of the best pool area spaces we’ve had in a villa and looked recently renovated. It’s also a good location, close to Aldi (5min walk) and 15 min walk from the main promenade. However the villa was not appropriately cleaned for our arrival, there were cobwebs in every room and on the kitchen cabinets. There were also long hairs all over the floors. On our first morning in the villa we noticed the pool level was very low, about 30cm below the skimmers meaning all the debris was building up on the pool surface. I contacted the villa manager on the VRBO app and they then emailed saying the pool will work normally even though the level is low (which is incorrect, the skimmers can’t function if the water level is too low) I told them I wasn’t happy and something needed to be done. The next day the pool level had dropped even further. They sent an engineer to inspect it. The villa manager contacted to say the issue is bigger than they realised and were waiting a visit from the service company. The pool was clearly leaking and by our 2nd last day the pool water level was at knee height. On our last afternoon, they sent 2 engineers who attached 2 hoses to refill the pool at 1pm. It took until 10pm that night to refill it. We were checking out the next day and by 10am the pool level was already dropping. The overall experience was very disappointing as we paid for a villa with a heated pool, however it was unusable the entire week.
