Fabulous apartment as advertised
Excellent! The property was better than pictures portrayed, sparklingly clean, and very well equipped. Having use of a juicer was great especially as there is so much fresh fruit in supermarkets or markets. The furniture was comfortable and the furnishings well co-ordinated. The wall pictures are a really nice touch too.
The pool was a good size and cleaned 3 times a week (that we observed).
The location, for us was perfect. The flat looks out on to the pool (1m 40 to 1m 80 depth) and to the right, agricultural fields. When we were there, potatoes were being harvested and the fields being prepared for the next crop.
The gated residential enclosure was quiet. There is a multi national mix of residents - Spanish, Swedish, Belgian, British and from what we observed, everyone was friendly.
The walk to the beach or restaurants can be varied in order to take in the urban mural art works so it does not feel a chore, in fact, a joy.
However, if you are looking for a lively, busy, holiday environment apartment, this is not for you. But, if you wish to have a quiet, calm, environment in a beautiful apartment with a wonderful pool, that often you can be the sole user(s), then it is.
The owners, Sergio and Jenny's aim is that their guests enjoy their stay, and we did. Is there anything else this property could benefit from? No. That said, having some shading available for the roof terrace could be useful, but its absence should not be a deal breaker. We can confidently recommend this property and wish you happy holidays there!
