We had the most wonderful Christmas family gathering at this lovely farmhouse.
We had the most wonderful Christmas family gathering at this lovely farmhouse. There were 10 adults a baby and 5 dogs and the owner Sian could not have been more helpful. Located in beautiful countryside we will defo be back.
Sian and her husband were perfect hosts, very available and keen to settle us in.
Sian and her husband were perfect hosts, very available and keen to settle us in. Their instructions were super- helpful for the equipment in the home. It's a delightful rambling old place in a lovely garden with a great table tennis lodge separate from the house and a very attractive conservatory which can serve also as a dining room. Our group of 12 had plenty of room in 6 very ample and comfortable bedrooms and a 7th with a sofa bed in a small lounge. The road was a little noisy in the early morning but quiet at night. The communal areas are spacious including a huge dining room table, and the log burner made it all very cosy.We could perhaps have done with more bathroom capacity but the hot water was generous and always amazingly available. Super location for an extended family or a group of friends visiting the Shropshire hills or Ironbridge.
