Great place centrally located

This was a great two bedroom space next to the St. Bento train station and the time out market. Everything that you want to see is a walk from this location. The apartment is on the top floor (6 flights of stairs) so be aware. I would rent this location again. I was able to park and forget my car for the three days we were there

When you first walk in to the apartment building there is an award on the lower left from 2016 stating how great the property is. On the right were many bags of unwashed laundry. The person showing us the apartment apologized as there is supposed to be a curtain blocking the laundry. So we weren't sure what we would get. On the plus side, the apartment is large and you have everything you need to be able to stay there. The beds are decent and the linens are reasonably soft. The apartment is bare bones, no end tables, no table lamps, no pictures. It would have been great place to stay in 2016 but this place has seen 10 years of hard use. The wall paint chips and there are many of them were painted over with a different shade of white. I don't wear socks so my feet turned black as people are probably wearing their shoes in the apartment. The transom window and the balcony have not been cleaned in months (they did clean the balcony) and the floor by the balcony is broken. The place is rough. This apartment would appeal to someone moving up from a hostel or is a backpacker. The reviews are likely fake as they don't reflect the condition of the apartment. The pictures in the vrbo posting are likely a decade out of date. For example, the picture of the table and chairs look brand new but, in actuality the finish has completely worn off and the wood is starting to dry rot. This apartment reminds me of my university dorm apartment.

Los recomendaría sin dudas!

Realmente espectacular, la localización del inmueble inmejorable, no cogimos prácticamente metro. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y ordenadas, parecía estar en casa. Tenía todos los utensilios para poder cocinar y los espacios estaban muy amplios. Los recomendaría sin dudas.
