It was oceanfront like advertised, right on the beach. I would recommend having beach chairs and umbrella included if possible as it was priced high to rent from town beach authorities for the week. Overall, would definitely rent it again.Thank you, Scott,

Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the oceanfront location and that you would definitely stay with us again. We appreciate your suggestion regarding beach chairs and umbrellas. We have offered these in the past, but found that guests have very different preferences when it comes to the style, height, condition, and number of chairs they want, so we ultimately decided it was better to let guests choose what works best for them. There are also several local rental companies, such as North Strand Beach Services, that offer beach chairs and umbrellas and can deliver them right to the property, which gives guests more flexibility. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

We had a great stay during April break. We appreciated the close parking, the well maintained condo and building, and the quiet area right on the beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions or needs. We also appreciated being able to check in a little early after driving 18 hours over night. The only thing we would have preferred is beach chairs and beach towels being available. We did buy chairs and had to leave them after our stay due to a very packed vehicle.

We were also happy to accommodate an early check-in after your long overnight drive and appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness. We also appreciate your feedback regarding beach chairs and towels. Beach equipment is not listed as an amenity with our property. We did, at one time, provide beach chairs in the past, but due to ongoing issues with wear from the salt air and varying guest expectations regarding quantity and condition, we ultimately decided to discontinue offering them to help ensure a more consistent guest experience. We find it is much easier for guest to rent them on the beach, especially with large groups. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

We had a great experience with this condo. Our group was 5 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms were well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the views from the living room. Parking basically right outside the entrance was an extra nice bonus. The buildings indoor pool and hot tub were perfect as there were a few cooler days.Shops and restaurants were close by many within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent with very quick response and receptiveness to our inquiry. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Parking and entering our unit was a breeze. The unit is exactly as pictured on web site. It was very clean; we spent a lot of our time on the terrace taking in the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The location of the condo was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and near our friends who also were there to play golf with us.
