· Living area features a large flatscreen television, a Queen-size sleeper sofa and a twin-size sleeper chair.

· Kitchen is fully equipped with black appliances and oak cabinets and sits two at the breakfast counter.

· Dining table seats four and is situated to take full advantage of the Gulf-front views.

· Master bedroom features a King-size bed and flatscreen television.

· Master bathroom has a single vanity sink with a combination bathtub and shower.

· Stacked washer and dryer is conveniently located inside condo.

· Beautiful teak furniture on the Gulf-front balcony will seat four people.

Great view and nice condo

Had a great stay at the property. Only thing we didn’t like was the pull out couch. Lucky we didn’t need it for the full stay. It was very uncomfortable. The king bed was great though and everything else was as expected. Would stay at this condo again in the future.

Facilities were adequate for our needs. The cable Tv was out for two days. The construction noise was very distracting! I never saw a notification about construction on the advertising material or rental agreement

Check in nightmare

My wife and I arrived on time for our 3:00 check in but was told that “ the room was still being cleaned” and would be 10 more minutes. I was ok with that because I understand that things sometimes happen. After 20 minute I had heard nothing so I went back inside and asked about our room, only to be told that it would be “10 more minutes”. So we went back out to our car in parking lot. After waiting another 30 minutes I went back inside to be told “sorry but they haven’t even started on cleaning your room until 5 minute ago”. We ended up waiting 75 minutes in our car for our room to be cleaned and the communication between front desk and cleaning staff was terrible!

Spring Break family vacation

Overall excellent ~ outstanding view of the ocean! The only complaint would be the beds in the couches which my kids stayed on, especially the red chair was not comfortable for sleeping. If the property is listed as “sleeps 5” it should be comfortable. Thanks!
