Es un lugar familiar y tranquilo, en una urbanización en primera línea de playa, con restaurante de buen nivel a su vera.Tan solo, por poner algo mejorable, es que no tiene alguna zona verde excepto la piscina, vedada a las mascotas lo que hace que no haya ninguna zona de esparcimiento para perritos pequeños.

¡Muchas gracias por compartir su experiencia! Nos alegra mucho saber que ha disfrutado del ambiente familiar y tranquilo. Tomamos nota de su comentario sobre la falta de zonas verdes accesibles para mascotas. Entendemos que contar con un espacio de esparcimiento para perros pequeños haría la estancia aún más cómoda, aunque las normas de la urbanización limitan su acceso a determinadas zonas comunes. Esperamos poder recibirle de nuevo pronto en Dénia.

Vistas excelentes

El salir del sol con el mediterráneo de espejo, a la vez que contemplar el paso del día, con las vistas que se aprecian desde la terraza en todo momento. La calidad de la vivienda es excelente, climatización, cuartos de baño, camas, cocina, plaza de garaje, ascensor, wifi etc… (A excepción de dos electrodomésticos que detallaré abajo) El lavavajillas y la lavadora, no funcionan correctamente, deberían cambiarlos lo antes posible.
