The house is distributed over two floors; on the ground floor is the living and dining room with access to private garden and direct access to the community pool, the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and the front patio. At the top are the three double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. In the attic there is a sofa bed. There is air conditioning. The house is located just 250 m. from the beach and has a private parking space.
