OFFER 3 BEDROOM HOUSE WITH POOL, NEAR PORTAVENTURA BEACH, CAMBRILS BARCELONA

The living/dining room is spacious with TV and free internet connection and includes a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
The living room leads to a private garden furnished with table and chairs so you can dine al fresco, connected to the pool that is just in front of our garden. On the ground floor you will also find a comfortable bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs you have the master bedroom suite which leads to a small terrace overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden, a second spacious double bedroom to which we can add a single bed if required and a third bedroom with a bunk bed ideal for children. All of them are equipped with wardrobes. You will also find a second bathroom next to the double bedroom.
The house is fully air-conditioned with a thermostat to regulate the cold or heating if you prefer.
Located 5 min. walking to the beach.
Free parking in front of the house or, if you prefer, you can use the outdoor parking spaces of the villa that can accommodate up to 2 cars.

La zona está un poco aislada. La casa podría estar mejor. Hay cosas estropeadas.. la limpieza encontramos debajo de una cama el envase de un yogur y una botella..

Einziger Lichtblick war die Verwalterin

Ich miete seit mehr als 25 Jahren im Umkreis von zwei Kilometern. Das war die mit Abstand schlechteste Erfahrung. Die Verwalterin konnte das Haus nicht rechtzeitig zu Verfügung stellen, da es offenbar ein Kommunikationsproblem mit Fewo gab . Dadurch schaffte sie es nicht mehr alles zu putzen. Schimmel im Freezer etc. Das ganze Haus war eine einzige Baustelle: Möbel kaputt, die Küche mit Tesafilm zusammen gehalten, die Fliesen im Obergeschoss lose, defekte Geräte, Badezimmerfenster zerbrochen etc. An Staubsauger und herausragenden Nägeln habe ich mich verletzt. 7 Tage waren Gartenarbeiter rund um das Haus, die mit Kettensäge und elektrischen Heckenscheren jeden Tag solch einen Lärm gemacht haben, dass es unmöglich war ein Fenster auf zumachen, geschweige denn sich nach draußen zu setzen. Das Internet ist sehr langsam, weil dem Vermieter die 15 Euro Mehrkosten im Monat zu viel sind. Alles in dem Haus ist alt und/oder billig. Da ich auf schnelles Internet angewiesen bin, Konnte ich dies gegen einen Aufpreis von 150 bekommen. Das passierte nur durch den Einsatz der Verwalterin, die sich sehr bemühte. Die Kaution betrug übrigens 400 Euro - das übersteigt wahrscheinlich den Gesamtwert des Interieurs erheblich. Finger weg von diesem Objekt!!!!!!

No vuelvo a utilizar nunca mas esta APP me confirmaron la estancia me la cobraron y luego me dice la propietaria a las 21:30h del día que tenía que entrar que no tengo alquilada la casa porque ella no me ha confirmado nada , me tuve que volver de vuelta a mi casa porque no tenía donde dormir con mis hijos. un desastre. Lovey house, with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Location near busier resort of Cambrils. Next time we will definitely hire a car as using the local taxis can be expensive.

Excellent property

Christiane was fantastic, efficient and very willing to help. The property was available on time and had great specification. It was ideal for us as a family and the pool is great. A great property for a family holiday with a great manager.

Muy buen alojamiento

Hemos estado una semana y la casa es acogedora y tranquila. Además se puede ir andando a la playa y los lugares interesantes se encuentran a pocos minutos en coche. La casa muy limpia y organizada. La recomendamos sin dudarlo. Han sido unas vacaciones maravillosas.

Nice and quiet place

We've just returned from this wonderful place where. We stayed by two families (totally 4 adults and 3 kids). The house is rather fresh and well-equipped with all necessary things to make you stay easy and comfortable like entire house air conditioner, dishwasher, washing machine, barbeque etc. It has very cosy terrace with sofa and table where we always spent evening time with BBQ food and Sangria  From the terrace you can easily access to the swimming pool where our kids like to play. The location is good: it’s around 7-8 minutes walking to sea side, this place is very quiet and in the meantime it is very close to Cambrils and Salou where you can find everything you need. Special thanks to owners Ms.Cristiane and Mr.Miguel. They are very nice and hospitable people.

C/ Prats, 10, Montroig del Camp - Bahía, TARRAGONA, 43892, Spain (1084147) Date of Stay 27 August 2011 Helpful votes:4/6 We ( family of 4, plus 2 friends) stayed in this house for 2 weeks during the summer. We found the advert to be accurate and the house very well equipped and spotlessly clean.The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were spacious and there was plenty of storage space. The garden while not large has 2 big patios, one with a large dining table, the other with a BBQ which was put to good use. Whilst Sitges was busy in the summer this house was located in a quiet residential area, easy to walk to and from the centre but far enough away from the noise, and very peaceful at night. There are local shops a minutes walk from the house which were good for supplies, a bakers, small supermarket, chemists etc. It was also an easy walk to the Station, quick direct journey to Barcelona for sightseeing and lovely to come back to in the evening. There was a great indoor pool, gym and spa very close, you could pay for a single visit or buy a book of 10 which was cheaper, the pool and spa were warm, very large and fairly empty when we used it in the mornings! There were fans provided in all the rooms, however they were not really used as with the windows open there was enough breeze. We especially loved the open plan "boudoir" bedroom at the top, with its lovely patios, and all the artwork inside and out made this a very special home and didn't feel like a holiday home at all. Would recommend for families or a group of friends for a great stay in a fun town!
