Villa Andreas with private swimming pool and spacious courtyard!

Villa Andreas is located in the traditional village of Kournas, just 5km away from the beach and close to the famous Lake of Kournas. The villa is a beautiful property perfect for families and group of friends. Its spacious courtyard promises hours of relaxation and fun by the private swimming pool.
Many furnished spots are available in the courtyard, including sun beds, umbrellas and seating areas where you can lay back and enjoy the stunning country side views. Furthermore the outdoor space is ideal for alfresco dining as there is a dining table under the wooden pergola next to the outside kitchenette which has a charcoal Barbeque, a wood oven, an outdoor sink and a small fridge.
Villa Andreas extends in two floors with individual entrance for each one. The two floors are connected by an external stairway. The property can accommodate totally up to 10 people. The villa offers all the contemporary amenities which are being elegantly combined with traditional Cretan vintage furnishings.
Both floors offer living room areas with smart HD TVs and comfortable sofas, fully equipped kitchens with everything you may need for a self catered vacation and recently renovated bathrooms with walk in showers. The top floor of the villa has three bedrooms. One of them has a double bed while one of the others has two single beds. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and air conditioning units. The third bedroom is an attic over the living room with two more single beds. There is also a furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool, having unobstructed views of the surrounding nature.
The ground floor of the property has direct access to the courtyard and the swimming pool area. There are three bedrooms on this level. One of them has a single bed while the other two are connecting rooms and offer a double and a single bed.

LOCATION
The village of Kournas is a picturesque village with friendly residents and worth visiting old byzantine churches such as St Anna and St George (right next to the villa).The village has some good taverns where you can try really delicious Cretan food. The beach of Kavros is only 5km away and there you can also find shops, cafes, bakeries and super markets.
The famous Lake of Kournas is 10 minutes away by car and it is the only natural, fresh water lake in Crete. The lake is lying on a beautiful valley surrounded by hills. You can go there for a walk, a swim or ride a pedalo at the lake. Furthermore you can enjoy a meal in one of the many taverns located by the lake.
Georgioupolis is a small seaside town, just 8km from Kournas village. It has a long and well organized beach for swimming and water sports as well as many restaurants, cafes and bars.
