Cozy apartment right in the heart of Balon, the neighborhood where, on Saturdays and on the second Sunday of every month, one of the biggest Italian antiques markets takes place.

The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto the bright living room which features a comfortable sofa, a TV wall unit, a dining table and an American kitchen fully equipped with all amenities such as the oven and the dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first one has access to the communal walkway and is provided with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, while the second one is fitted with a single bed, a single sofa bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
Guests will benefit from facilities such as the washing machine, the air conditioning in the living room and the central heating for colder days.
