The apartment, with a balcony overlooking the pool, is located in the well-maintained community of Bajamar 2. It features one bedroom and a combined living room and kitchen. The balcony offers a relaxing view of the pool area — perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink.

Renting both properties together is ideal for multigenerational families or small groups — for example, grandparents can stay in the apartment while the rest of the family enjoys the townhouse next door.
