Wonderful!!
The house was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations. Amy was prompt to answer all questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was perfect, away from everyone but only a few minutes away to get to town.

The Welsh View for the win
We stayed at this property to celebrate my mothers 60th & it was definitely a birthday to remember. Firstly, on booking this property the pictures looked amazing and I was drawn to the secluded element of it. Well, let me tell you the pictures don’t do this property justice. It is breathtakingly beautiful. Every inch of this house looks like it has been done by an interior designer, from the matching green handles to the stone floors & the spectacular lights throughout, I literally gasped as I walked in. The location of the property is better than ever. Tranquility. It is just views for miles. Waking up to the sheep and cows in the field in front or watching snowdonia views from the hot tub. However if you want to talk a walk to the local waterfall it’s nothing short of a 20 minute walk (with a pub nearby also!) Amy as a hostess has been brilliant, her communication and recommendations were second to none & even went the extra mile to make sure we had the best time celebrating by adding some extra touches. If you are thinking about booking this property please do it, I promise you will not be disappointed the only disappointment will be you never found it sooner.

We are Amy & Tom, a couple with a young family and a passion for renovating and interior design. We own The Clean Cottage Co. Ltd, the UK's first eco-friendly holiday let management company and Bryniau Isaf is our first personal investment into the luxury holiday home market. We love staying true to the original feel of a property and basing the interiors around that to create beautiful spaces for guests to enjoy.

We live nearby in Rhuddlan, 10 minutes from the property, on a farm with our two children Seb & Freya, and a Beagle.

Why they chose this property

Bryniau Isaf (now also know as 'The Welsh View') was up for auction in 2020, and when we viewed it we knew it was a special place. We had ideas from the get-go and the mood boards began before we even had the keys. The gardens are beautiful and wrap around the property, with each area showcasing carefully curated plants - If you like gardens & views, this is not one to miss! One complete renovation, some serious TLC for the terrazzo flooring & a very tired couple later we have an incredibly special space for families and friends to make memories.

What makes this property unique

Location - Detached, with the nearest neighbours being 500m down the road, the property is secluded and private yet walking distance from a lovely pub, a village and only 15 minutes drive from all of your everyday amenities including large supermarkets and town centres, as well as beaches and all that North Wales has to offer.

Views - Uninterrupted panoramic views

Garden - Wrap around garden with an extensive plant collection

Wood fired hot tub - Kinder to the environment, our wood-fired tub is for up to 8 people, is completely private and is the perfect spot to sit and relax and enjoy the incredible sunsets.

Furnishings - High quality throughout, Emma mattresses, Panda London duvets, pillows & towles, Soak & Sleep 400 TC linen, huge sofa.com modular velvet sofa, movie & games room with football table & giant bean bags.
