The house is built on one level and has a large living room with an open kitchen with bar, an open fireplace and large windows with breathtaking views of the high mountain peaks; 3 double bedrooms, two of which have a normal double bed and a high bed; 2 full bathrooms; and a120m2 covered terrace with a fireplace/barbecue, a ping pong table and views of the Extremadura plains.

The house is situated on a 30.000m2 property in the middle of nature, with olive trees, fig trees, oaks, chestnut trees, and has a subtropical garden right around it with a pool of 11x4 m. at a 20 m. distance from the terrace. It is open from the end of May until late September, and covered with a deck the remainder of the year.

The house runs on solar energy with the support of a generator which only needs to be used in case of several cloudy days in a row or with groups of more than 4 guests during the autumn or winter, when days are short. Guests receive instructions on arrival on how to manage the electricity, which is very simple, and there is always someone close-by to help if necessary.
