Wonderful rural home, ideal for large groups. The outdoor space is brilliant - we loved the pool and garden, and having so many seating options and places where we could eat meals together. So many great features like the outdoor kitchen, the clay oven, the paella gas ring, and the bbq. Beautiful surroundings and great to have the kayaks too!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Rural Apayama. As a multi-generational family group aged 12 to 83, it was the perfect property for everyone. The house was spotless, spacious, and full of character. It was very well equipped, with plenty of room for our group of 10 and capacity for even more.Jose and Victor were exceptional hosts—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We were lucky to be the first guests to enjoy the newly installed air conditioning, although the traditional design kept the house surprisingly cool even in 35C temperatures.The pool was the standout feature and an absolute hit with the children, especially with the water polo goals. While the advertised ping pong and foosball tables weren't available during our stay, the pool provided more than enough entertainment.The location was more remote than we expected, but that was part of its charm. The clear skies, fresh air, and resident family of swallows made it a truly special place, while shops and attractions were within easy driving distance.A wonderful property with excellent hosts—we would happily return and highly recommend it.

A Beautiful place in Spain

We had the most incredible experience at this! The property is an absolute gem, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes that seem to come straight out of a postcard. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning pool – it was like having our own private oasis to relax and soak up the sun. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality we received from the competent, attentive, and kind landlord. Their warmth and helpfulness added an extra layer of comfort to our trip. Additionally, the presence of Victor, the friendly caretaker of the property, was a delightful bonus. His dedication to ensuring our needs were met and his ever-present smile truly enhanced our stay. From the spacious accommodations to the picturesque views and the remarkable pool, everything exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a getaway that offers relaxation, beauty, and top-notch service, this vacation rental is an absolute must-visit. We left with our hearts full of joy and our minds already planning our next visit!

The house was clean and tidy and was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils/crockery/glassware and seating for large groups. The BBQ area was fabulous. The rooms were clean and comfortable with freshly laundered bedding and towels. The swimming pool was fantastic and Victor kindly got out the water polo goals for us. The kayaks were great and, despite the intense heat, we managed to kayak to the nearest bar....It was really hard work! The tomatoes and watermelons from the veggie patch were delicious and it was lovely to be able to 'pick your own'.Jose was great at communicating with us and he was always quick to respond to all of my messages. He went above and beyond recommending restaurants, places to visit etc.One thing to note is that there wasn't 'air-con' but instead each room had an electric fan. These were perfectly adequate.The only slight negative was a lack of cushions/padding for outdoor chairs and sun loungers. We had a really relaxing stay in a peaceful spot and thoroughly enjoyed discovering a number of local gorges where we could all splash about in the river when we wanted a change of scene.

La casa se encuentra en un valle rodeada de plantaciones de tabaco y pimientos, por lo que es un lugar perfecto para descansar y desconectar. Lo mejor es la zona de piscina, jardin y barbacoa; la hemos disfrutado mucho. La parte interior de la casa es más bien antigua, pero los colchones de las camas son bastante cómodos, los baños están bien equipados y dispone de aire acondicionado. Es un lugar para disfrutar cuando hace buen tiempo y se disfruta de la zona exterior. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido muy buena; ha estado atento a cualquier necesidad. Hay que tener en cuenta que en esa zona la cobertura de telefonía móvil no es muy buena, y en la casa, la red wifi era más bien débil e inestable. En general, muy recomendable la estancia.
