VILLA WITH PANORAMIC SEA VIEW TERRACE IN CAPOLIVERI

Charming villa located in the peaceful Capo Perla area, surrounded by nature and offering beautiful views of the sea and surrounding hills.

The house can accommodate up to 9 guests and is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and one bathroom. Upstairs guests will find a second double bedroom, one single bedroom accessible via ladder stairs and a second bathroom.

One of the highlights of the property is the large panoramic outdoor terrace, ideal for breakfast, outdoor dining or simply relaxing while enjoying the sea views.

The villa also includes a laundry area, private parking space for up to three cars and several outdoor areas.

Guests can also recharge their electric vehicle using their own cable with Schuko plug connection. Electricity consumption is charged separately at a cost of €0.60 per kWh.

Capoliveri town centre, with restaurants, shops and services, can be reached within a few minutes by car, while some of the most beautiful beaches on Elba's south-eastern coast are nearby.

Die Terasse und die Lage ist wunderschön.

Sehr schöne Lage, insbesondere die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Ein Badzimmer, v.a. die Dusche entspricht nicht ganz dem Standard für den Preis. Die oberen Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und werden extrem warm, so dass man dort fast nicht schlafen kann. Für den Preis wäre auch ein etwas komfortablerer Grill draussen angemessen.
