Great apartment; dismal service

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Galatea; the apartment and proximity to the beach was amazing. Our experience was lessened by the conversation with the property manager when we arrived. This is a 3 bedroom apartment however only had 2 sets of sheets/towels (which we paid extra for)! When we responded that we were missing a set, the response was totally inappropriate: “how was I to know you needed 3 sets of sheets?” What? And further was told I had to go find them the next day. Brutal

Erholsame Tage an einen sehr schönen Ort

Pros: Die ruhige Lage. Die tolle und vielseitige m Bucht. Das schöne Meer mit dem Ausblick. Cons: Die Mücken aus dem Bachbett. Bei Wind waren jedoch keine da. Die dünne Trennwand zur Nachbarwohnung.
