We stayed in this apartment for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The space was very large and accommodating and it was clean. A word of caution - there are a number of uneven stairs to climb to access the space. This made carrying our luggage up and down precarious. Aside from this, our stay was great!

Ideal Location

The property is ideally situated in the town center. Property managers were extremely responsive and accommodating. There was no elevator, but the climb was manageable. It was comfortable at the end of the day to settle in the living room area and share experiences.

Genoa Stay

Really loved the apartment and the location. They could have provided a few more amenities. There were 6 of us staying for 2 days and we only were provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper and a few coffee pods. Had to go by some of both.

cleanning we were not happy

We had to clean the dishwasher and the washing machine and the sheets were damp. The apartment wasn't that clean all together. the bathroom had some mould and fungus. We complained to the agent and the office, we send them some pictures. who told us that they would send a cleaner. But nothing happened. Also maby you should tell people that they can not run the Dishwasher and the Washing machine at the same time.

Appartement qui vaut le détour de par son emplacement et son cachet "historique".

Très spacieux, dans le centre historique de Gênes, très pratique pour se déplacer à pied dans le centre de Gênes. Pour les personnes en voiture, prévoir le coût du parking (à proximité)...

Heel mooi appartement, echt een belevenis. Locatie is top, midden in oude stad in een Palazzo. Twee nadelen: geen airco (er was wel een mobiele unit in 1 slaapkamer) en veel trappen omhoog. Desondanks een aanrader.
