Destin Oasis Private Pool & Golf cart Beachside Sleep 10 King Summer Deals!!

Memorial Day CheckIn available for up to six night stay! Rare last week of June available for 6 night stay Sunday 6/22 -Saturday 6/28.

Tropical Breeze is a private home located across from Crystal Beach in the upscale community of Terra Cotta Terrace in Destin, Florida. Just a few minutes to the private beach access you will find yourself on a soft sugar-white beach with dazzling emerald waters. You can easily walk to the beach or drive the golf cart. The 6-seater golf cart is included in the rental price.

Tropical Breeze is a three-bedroom, three bath vacation home which features a bright decor, a private balcony off the master suite to have your early morning coffee or late night cocktail, a garden tub in the master bath with shower for late evening relaxation, and a king-sized bed for your sleeping comfort. At the opposite end of the upstairs is a guest bedroom with two double-sized beds, a large walk-in closet, and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination. The downstairs guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bath with a walk-in double shower. Each bedroom has its own private bath. There is also a pullout couch on the main floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Technology: cable TV, Sonos Music Speakers, WIFI, SmartTVs, Apple TV’s. New 65” OLED Smart TV installed 11/22. All bedrooms have a TV.

Outside:
Private full-size pool is NOT a plunge pool. There is an outdoor closet with beach chairs, rafts, pool toys etc. The outside deck was recently restored and a new grill is onsite. Our house is also dog friendly.

Note:
Dogs allowed with fee of $175 for one dog and $50 for each additional dog. An additional $50 cleaning fee also applies. (There are weight LIMITS and restrictions so please inquire in advance of booking)

Pool heating fee is $50/day or $250 for the week. (Please contact us to add this option to your booking. We can include a quote with heating but instant booking does not have this option)

Check-in and check-out notes: For Summer 2025 stays will be from Sunday to Sunday. It's less busy to travel and get your groceries on this day!! Please inquire if wanting to stay longer than 7-days when booking and we can provide options.

We really enjoyed the location, the pool, and the golf cart. Having the golf cart included in the property reservation made it very convenient for moving around the area and shuttling family and items to the beach. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Perfect getaway close to beach

Loved our stay! The golf cart made getting around to restaurants and shopping a breeze! The house is well maintained and clean. The pool out back was wonderful for morning and late evening swims. The resort had a large pool and other amenities that we didn’t use. Hoping to book again for next year!

Our family purchased this home in 2020 as the Pandemic sent us looking for a drivable destination to spend family time from our home in Parker (DFW area), TX.

We absolutely love the Emerald Coast and the location of this home. Our desire to find a home with a private pool and walkable to the beach was found here with Tropical Breeze. We also like having all the amenities and attractions nearby. We hope you enjoy the home and area with your friends and/or family as much as we do.
