Location, location, location!! 'Destin-ation' is across the street from the beach, located in popular Crystal Beach. After a day at the beach, relax in your private pool or lounge on the spacious sundeck.
This beach house can accommodate up to 8 people, which includes using the queen sleeper sofa. The house is fully furnished with a full size washer and dryer, 4 t.v.'s, 4 DVD players and all of the conveniences of home. This house has been a family favorite vacation rental for years. Destin-ation is located in The Courtyard at Crystal Beach community.
Destin Commons is a couple of blocks away, which offers fabulous shopping, AMC movie theater, Bass Pro Shop, and many restaurants to choose from. Publix and Walmart are nearby for groceries and beach items. Starbucks is walking distance from the house. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes from the house.

Such a fun week and the accommodations were perfect for our family of five! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed... and more! I am particular with cleanliness when staying places and I was happy with the cleaning job done before our arrival. The pool got a ton of use by our kids and it was a bonus that the ice cream truck came by everyday! The beach was a quick easy walk with a nice public beach and morning walks were amazing! Dottie is so great to communicate with. If our travels bring us back to Destin, we will definitely stay at Destin-ation again!

The home was clean and cozy. The cost of the home of reasonable. Close to the amazing beach, which is walking distance. Dottie response time is better than any others that I rented from. This place and area is somewhere I could retire. I will definitely rent this home again!

Perfect for young families

Perfect place for families, has beach toys, wagon to haul beach stuff, pack and play and close to the beach! Pool area and deck is awesome. Stayed here twice and will be coming back.

Our family has been vacationing in Destin for 30+ years. We love the beautiful white sandy beaches. Our favorite area is Crystal Beach, it is not only a beautiful area, but very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We are happy to share our beach house with you and your family.

Why they chose this property

When we saw this house and it's location, we fell in love with it. Our beach house is located across the street from the beach in a quaint neighborhood called The Courtyard at Crystal Beach. Crystal Beach has pastel colored homes with white picket fences. We love to take morning walks in the neighborhood and on the beach. We hope you will enjoy staying there as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the beach is wonderful, with the public beach access one block away. We love having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach! The shopping is endless between the Destin Commons and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. There are many wonderful restaurants close by. The Ft. Walton airport is only 25 minutes away.
