Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath completely remodeled beach front condo at the Admiralty House on gorgeous Crescent Beach in Marco Island.
Spectacular island views with just an elevator ride down for well known unbelievable sunset views and white sandy beach. Come and enjoy, relax, and simply GET AWAY!

The Admiralty offers on duty security personnel from 9 to 5 daily making it a very safe and quiet building. Off hours building locked except for pass key. Background check required for your safety makes vacation worry free. It is a condo rental and not hotel accommodations.

Now renting for 2024 season.

Additional discounts for 3 month term rentals

There is a social room with a library and a tennis court for your pleasure.

The Admiralty House has a minimum rental of 27 days leaving little unit turnover.

Unit available during non-peak season on a limited basis and rented weekly on a case by case basis. No check-in’s on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day!

Admiralty House, Marco Island

The condo was very nice. The owners went above and beyond to get us anything that we needed for our stay. It was a beach front property but it wasn't disclosed to us that it was under construction at the time of our stay therefore we are giving it 4 stars. The pool was nice and warm.

I apologize for not being aware of the beach beautification construction being conducted by the city of Marco Island. My monthly tenants had just checked out and never mentioned it was problematic. Building has been significantly updated since the hurricane. People are super friendly but rules are enforced. Walking distance to everything.
