Beautiful beachfront condo right on the Marco Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has recently been remodeled with new furniture, bedding, beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, beach towels, bath towels, coffee maker, toaster and so much more. Enjoy sunsets 365 days a year. Free WiFi. The unit was recently and beautifully remodeled New flooring, kitchen, and appliances! Stay tuned for updated photos from the renovation. Apollo has a restaurant on the first floor that serves both lunch and dinner, and has a full bar. We rent by the week, 52 weeks out of the year. Apollo is located on the south end of the Island, and is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, and movie theater. Come to paradise and enjoy this beautiful unit! Renovation is now complete

Our 1st visit to Marco Island! The communication from our host was great! The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. Chases and tablbe on the lania made it perfect for relaxing. I live on Marco and own unit 402, 603, and 608 in the Apollo. We manage them ourselves and treat all of our guests as family. All laundry is done in our new home by us, and replaced with clean fresh linens prior to every new guest. Everything you need is supplied from beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, cooler, and umbrella. Just bring your suitcase and food, and don't forget the wine, you will want to toast at sunset right from your lanai!!

Why they chose this property

Our properties are all remodeled with new everything. We take care of them as they are our own home and are spotless. We live 2 miles from the Apollo so if a guest has any needs, we are just a phone call away. Most units use agencies to manage their property and they don't treat it like their own, and can't manage them near as well as they manage hundreds of units, we manage only 3.
