EVERYTHING about our weekend getaway was perfect! From the communication, to the check in, to the helpful booklet on where the hotspots are locally, our host thought of it all. The place was clean, had everything you’d need (if you forgot something), and as described. My wife and I really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the seclusion of the cabin, it was a much needed break from the city. Couldn’t recommend it enough! Thanks again.

Wow, what a perfectly peaceful place! The 3 seasons room is LIFE! Communication from the host was great, the place was very clean and it provided exactly the reset we needed. I did think that we were in the middle of nowhere with no neighbors though, that was not the case (if that matters to you).

This is such a peaceful setting. Sit on the dock, or screened in porch and let the sound of Big Creek melt away the stress of the world. The cabin has everything you need to cook meals on site either in the kitchen or on the grill. If you don't mind chilly water, get in at Randall and float back to the dock. Or just splash in the shallow water right at the dock. Seriously, this is the place to go to relax! We'll be back.

The Red Cabin was exactly what I was looking for—a quiet, peaceful place to unplug and slow down for a while. Sitting right on the creek, the setting couldn’t have been better.The cabin was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and full of character. Stepping inside feels like stepping back into the 1960s, with what appears to be much of the original décor still in place. It gives the cabin a nostalgic charm that’s hard to find anymore.There was plenty of wildlife, especially birds, making this a perfect spot for birdwatching or just enjoying nature. One of my favorite parts was sitting around the firepit with the comforting sound of the creek in the background. Having firewood available for purchase right on the property was also a great touch and incredibly convenient.If you’re looking for peace, quiet, nature, and a comfortable place to truly unwind, the Red Cabin has everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back.
