About this property

LUCIANA HOUSE 2 - APARTMENT TWO STEPS FROM CITY CENTER AND LAKE MAJOR

We’ve completely renovated this spacious four-room apartment with two bathrooms (both with showers): it’s just a short distance from city centre, with easy parking and located in a very quiet area. We’ve furnished it with simplicity and functionality in mind, so you’ll find a fresh, spacious, and comfortable living space. The location is ideal for exploring the beauty of Arona on foot (it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the city centre), while also being just a short walk from shops and supermarkets (there are two within 500 metres). We want our guests to sleep as comfortably as possible, so we’ve arranged for the living room sofa not to be used as an extra bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a single bed (which can be converted into a double), and another with two single beds. A large balcony allows you to enjoy the outdoors as well.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a great time in Arona at Franco’s place, very secure location and comfortable stay. Kitchen had most of what we needed, although felt it was missing a real oven (just a microwave oven) and the fridge had a strong smell with a bit of mould on arrival. We cleaned it and it was ok after. Recommend staying if in Arona! Not far from the lake front.

Neatly furnished apartment

"It is a very neat and complete apartment. Our stay was very pleasant. The lake is within walking distance, but we chose to go to Tesa Beach. Furthermore, there is plenty to do in the immediate surroundings. We took the train to Milan, which is highly recommended. Just be careful with street parking, as the street sweeper comes by on the first and third Monday of the month. Believe me, you'll get a fine if you're parked there."
