We regret that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations and apologise that our communication was not as clear as it should have been. Regarding the appliance manuals, they were stored in a different cupboard than indicated, and we will update the instructions accordingly. Please note that prices vary depending on the time of year, and during the New Year period the property is particularly sought after. The apartment has recently been renovated and offers a privileged view over Funchal Bay, including one of the world’s most famous New Year’s Eve fireworks displays. Your comments will be reviewed by our team in order to make improvements. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a better stay.
