House by the Sea

House was great and had all the facilities we required. Host was very helpful. Location just yards from the sea. Lots of interesting bird life. Pretty amazing for a stay in mid February!

Great place to stay

We had a fantastic May bank holiday weekend at Curlew. 6 adults a 5year old and 2 one year olds. Price very resonable, accomodation comfortable and views amazing. Ellie seems to have thought of everything, the kitchen is well equiped even down to the herbs and spices. Lots of thought into every area, toys, games, DVDs, beach equipment (including towels), ideas for games on the beach. Made for a fun weekend for everyone. If you have dogs even they are catered for with toys and sleeping area. One thing to remember is your charging adapters as there are no USB ports on any of the sockets, but that didn't detract from everything else

Lovely Stay In Point Clear Bay

The house in Point Clear Bay is exactly as described. We booked for a family of 6 (2 kids and 2 grandparents) and they all loved the location. Sitting outside by the large doors overlooking the sea was fantastic. The sunset and moon views were great and it was very relaxing watching the tides change. The house is very well equipped with notes, guides, amenities and welcome basket of goodies. I can recommend crabbing by the sea when the tide is almost high, and a walk around the peninsula. Local beaches were nice at Frinton. One small point is that the road to the house is a bit of a mess and needs to be taken slowly. So be careful!
