The kitchen offers plenty of light and work-space from which to prepare your evening meals, which can be enjoyed around the dining table or alfresco on the decked balcony area. The master bedroom with ensuite is also on the first floor, with the other 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a bunk bedded room on the ground floor, which all have access to the family bathroom. There is a separate ground floor cloakroom/WC with lockable door giving internal access to the garage. There is an enclosed rear lawned garden with barbecue and garden furniture.
