Spotless!Very comfortable bed and a great location. If, like my husband, you have mobility issues be aware that1. There are 6 steps up to the bedroom with no handrail2. There are trip hazard rugs in most rooms Our biggest issue was the appalling level of lighting in the sitting room and bedroom. The rooms were so dark that I had to buy a lamp from Argos so I could read and knit. I moved the lamp to whichever room I was in at the time. This was in the middle of the day!!
