This annexe is beautifully presented and creatively designed. Everything was available for a perfect stay and we loved waking up in it and coming home to it at the end of each day to enjoy its facilities and homely atmosphere.

We stayed in this lovely little annex, which is cozy and well-suited for a solo traveler. However, we found it a bit too small for our needs, especially as we were traveling with a dog. For a couple, the space might feel a bit tight. We booked it last minute due to a cancellation of our previous accommodation, and we were grateful to find it available. That said, we did notice that the shower cubicle could benefit from a thorough cleaning with mould spray, which would improve the overall experience.Thank you for hosting us!

We had a lovely 2 weeks, comfortable stay at Durcombe Water.

We had a lovely 2 weeks, comfortable stay at Durcombe Water. Plenty of walks directly from the doorstep and onto the moors, where you will see horses roaming freely. A short drive or long walk into Lynton where you will find shops and cafes. After a long walk on a cold January afternoon we returned to all of the comforts of the Annexe. Turned the heating up and admired the views over the Moors. Hosts John & Amanda were helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we will return.
