My Partner and I visited Kalkan 15 years ago and returned year after year. 20 holidays later we decided to have our second home there. When we first arrived, we met numerous people who said we would fall in love with the place and come back year after year...something we wouldn't normally do. Well we are now the couple telling new visitors the same thing...hence the name 'Karma' what comes around goes around!

Its ideally located in the prestigious Kormuluk area of Kalkan. Stunning high end Villas are perched on a hill and in an extremely quite area. The sunset are amazing and the villa benefits from the latest possible rays of sun.
