Luxury 5 bedroom Detached Villa With Private Pool in Kisla Kalkan

Villa Holu is an exceptionally large, beautiful detached villa, with its own swimming pool surrounded by ample landscaped antique marble terracing, with abundance of plants and antique pots. Stunning views over Kalkan Bay and approx 200m from the sea. Built in 2004 and refurbished in 2017 and 2024 it offers 4 bedrooms in the main house, all with their own private en-suite and having fantastic views. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and kitchen/living room. There is a further spacious bedroom/en-suite and kitchen in the annex. The large open plan modern living room/kitchen is very well equipped. The villa has Smart TV with Netflix etc. All internal flooring is of cool marble. Outside there is a built-in BBQ and a large covered area seating 10 for al fresco dining. There are soft comfortable arm chairs and discreet lighting for pre-dinner drinks and to sit and enjoy the sunset. Games Room with full size professional pool table/bar/room fans. There is also an outside table tennis table.

We bought in March 2013. We have been coming to Kalkan for over 17 years and love the area. Our villa is in our favorite part of Kalkan - Kisla with the most sunshine and best sunsets.

What makes this property unique

We believe our villa has some of the best views in Kisla with loads of terrace spaces on multiple levels. Our garden is stunning when all the flowers are in full bloom.
