We arrived on Friday evening and was greeted by the hosts sister in law who was very helpful and friendly made us feel very welcome.we saw her again later in the holiday in passing and was still friendly.lovely lady. All communication with the host was brilliant and replies were quick.the cabin stay was lovely it's down a winding track nestled in the shade of trees.the property has lovely rustic charm to it all built by hand. It's the perfect place to retreat from the world, relax and take a breath. We loved sitting listening to the birds and watching the chickens. We will definitely be back. If your someone who likes to watch TV I would suggest bringing a laptop or something as there isn't one downstairs theres a small one upstairs.it wasn't an issue for us though. We loved our stay at the red shed it was just what we needed.

More than we bargained for

My husband and I booked the cottage for a little getaway over the weekend. We were unprepared for the beautiful surroundings and wonderful silence. The hosts Rob & Clare reached out to us before our arrival with all the information we needed making the journey very smooth. They also gave us information about the local area and walking paths that came in very useful. Upon arrival at the cottage it had everything we needed and Rob had lit the fire which was wonderful and made everything all the more cozy. Absolutely planning to book again and hopefully attend some of the exciting courses on offer.
