Villa of contemporary design, with swimming pool, located in the exclusive urbanization of Cala Llonga, in the unique port of Mahon, Menorca. The property was built using good quality materials and large windows which provide a lot of natural light. It is distributed into two levels.
First level consists of living-dining room, spacious modern and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two double bedrooms (one on suite) and two bathrooms.
From the living room one can access the covered terrace with lovely pool.
The second floor has an independent access and comprises a large master bedroom with bathroom in suite and large terraced with fantastic view to the port. The property has all the comforts of a house of this level, including air conditioning with heat pump in all rooms and the living room. Its fantastic decor, the brightness of its rooms, and the comfort of its spaces will make you fully enjoy unforgettable moments.
