Such a nice house, great Iocation, clean and wellequipt. Excellent communication with VRBO and I will definitely be using the company again and would return to the property in the future if we go back with a group! Very impressed :)

Beautiful house with a fantastic location for all ages.

We loved staying here - walking distance to Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and the beach and local shops. Lovely garden for summer evenings as well! Very clean, well kept and eveything you need there, feels like a home from home! The only feedback is that some rooms are very warm as the underflor heating isnt turned off, so perhaps fans could be provided.

Lovely property, just needs a bit of TLC. Glassware and dishes were all dirty and needed rewashing before use - dining room and kitchen floors were dirty and needed cleaning. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, all fans in the bathrooms and ensuites were turned off and when switched on were noisy as heck, so need replacing as should be on.Bathroom bath taps need fixing and the kitchen sink taps are loose and need tightening up. All little things that should be easy to fix but not sure they have been reported from previous visits.No keys for downstairs windows so could not open some windows in heatwave .Finally gardens need a bit of love and attention - we spent time in he garden and it was a shame it was not at its best.
