Ro's cottage is a typical structure found in Murcia's agricultural region, surrounded by lemon trees and vegetable gardens. It's located next to the Segura River and just a few minutes by bike from city centre Murcia. Just 50 metres from the property is a greenway that allows you to explore the entire region by bike and covers a large section of the Caravaca de la Cruz Pilgrimage Route. On the property, you’ll find an organic vegetable garden to enjoy, a natural swimming pool, and a garden and barbecue area.
Very close to La Barraca de Ro, you can visit the Monastery of Los Jerónimos or La Ñora Waterwheel, built in 1425 and in continuous operation ever since. Just over 40 minutes away, you can enjoy the beaches of Mazarrón or the Mar Menor, as well as Calblanque or Sierra Espuña.
You’ll have a great time, whether you’re travelling alone, with the whole family, or spending a romantic getaway with your partner.
