Cottage was spotless.

Cottage was spotless. It was really cosy and well equipped. The Welcome Hamper was a lovely surprise. The garden was great for our two dogs. The local Spar had a good selection. Close to lots of places and it was great to look out on the open fields. We would return without hesitation.

Beautiful home in a tranquil setting

This home is one of the best equipped that we have ever rented. The owner has provided everything you could possibly need and more. The house is beautifully fitted out, beds are really comfortable & bed linen was beautifully soft. Everything throughout was spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the peaceful Norfolk countryside and would happily return.

Perfect base with lovely extra touches

We had the most wonderful stay at the Oyster Catcher! Helen sent us plenty of information beforehand, answered our questions, and even arranged for a new high chair to be delivered for our baby to help make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Helen even sent us an email to check we were enjoying our stay part way through the week. We found the house to be lovely and clean, warm and cosy, with lovely comfy beds. There was a small selection of toys/games/books for the little ones, and there was a smart TV and clean fleecey blankets on the sofas, so we could enjoy cosy nights in when the kids had gone to bed. There was even a bottle of wine for us to enjoy, a bottle of milk, and basket full of snacks and ‘essentials’to help is settle in, which was very much appreciated. Docking is a lovely quiet village, with great chip shop, pub and shop. It is a great location for visiting all the coastal hot spots. We would definitely recommend it to others and will hopefully return some time!
