The space available to you consists of a large, independent open-concept area in the basement of a new building, featuring large windows, two sleeper sofas, a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, and refrigerator), a table that seats up to 10 people, a foosball table (competition-grade, RobertoSport brand), a bookshelf filled with books and DVDs, board games, an HD TV, and Wi-Fi.
Adjacent to this space is a private bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Separate entrance from the garage area with a security door.
Garage (with electric car charging) available for an additional fee.
The entire property is newly built, insulated with exterior insulation, and heated and cooled via underfloor heating using a heat pump powered by solar panels and a storage battery.
