La Petite - Cozy Indipendent House, Free Parking Street
Welcome to La Petite!
Our small, detached cottage is located just a stone’s throw from Turin’s historic centre, near the famous Porta Palazzo market and the Balon antique market, along the Dora River.
The spaces were completely renovated in 2023; they are very quiet and well-equipped, offering all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Street parking is free and always available, and you can easily explore the city on foot.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family home; it is accessed via a flight of stairs from inside the courtyard and enjoys excellent peace and quiet; street parking is free and easy to find.
The house has a comfortable BEDROOM with a closet, chest of drawers, and TV.
THE KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and induction cooktop (there is no gas in the house, which makes it safer for guests as well). A small survival kit is also provided with the usual items you don’t bring on holiday, such as salt, sugar, oil, etc.—the famous “basics”!
The LIVING ROOM area features a 2-seater sofa and a 32" Smart TV. The sofa cannot be used as a bed.
The BATHROOM features a washing machine, a large, well-lit mirror, a hair dryer, and a comfortable shower.
High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning are free for our guests.
Heating is provided by a central heat pump system with remotely controlled infrared panels.
In the apartment, you’ll find clean sheets and towels along with a small welcome kit consisting of shampoo, soap, body wash, a bottle of water, and a small sweet treat.
All our pillows and blankets are made of hypoallergenic materials and are regularly sanitised.
At La Petite, we’re happy to welcome guests who leave the apartment tidy and in good condition, requiring only a routine cleaning service. Otherwise, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged after your departure for extra cleaning (dirty dishes in the sink, trash scattered throughout the house, etc.).

L' accoglienza è stata pronta e perfetta. L' appartamento rispettava le foto carino e pulito, dotato di tutti i servizi, compresa la comoda lavastoviglie. Ottimo per 1 o 2 persone. Il letto matrimoniale era ampio e comodo. L' host è stato sempre cortese e disponibile ed ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ottimo.

Matteo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht.Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor dem Haus, ein absoluter Pluspunkt.

Schöne Unterkunft zentral gelegen
Die wohnung war sehr schön und komfortabel, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage war relativ zentral, wir hatten die Fahrräder bei, aber die Altstadt wäre auch fußläufig erreichbar gewesen. Parkplätze standen ausrechend zur Verfügung und auf dem Innenhof konnten wir die Räder abstellen. Die Kommunikation und der Check in haben hervorragend funktioniert. Matteo war sehr nett und ein guter Gastgeber. Wenn Turin, dann wieder dort :-)
