Lovely stay at this house in Dartmouth. Comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could ever need. The communication from and with the host was exceptional
The communication was first class. The Accomodation was perfect for us. Pretty close to the centre and restaurants. An excellent base for coastal walks.
Excellent property in central Dartmouth. Andrew the host was extremely helpful and made the stay very easy. House is clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Would recommend to anyone.
Lovely house in a great location.
Modern kitchen opening into good sized dining room ideal for socialising.
3 great bedrooms.
Good sized bathroom with a second WC.
We really enjoyed our stay.
We were a group of rowing friends coming to an event on the Dart. The house was absolutely perfect, clean, fresh, well equipped for meals at home, easy to walk into town and beautifully presented. There was a decking area at the from that caught the morning and evening sun and we sat out around the outside table. It was a perfect stay.

So glad you enjoyed your stay in our house so much. Yes, Dartmouth is a very special place! We look forward to hosting you again
We thoroughly enjoyed our pre-Christmas break in this lovely Dartmouth town house. We enjoyed being so close to the town, 5 minutes walk from the river. The whole place is very clean, comfortable and spacious, plenty of room for 6 adults. The location is quaint and very peaceful. The owner gave us good advice on places to park. We felt this was extremely good value for money and would highly recommend it.

We were delighted to host such a lovely family who looked after everything so well. We would love to welcome you back in the future.
We had 4 nights after Xmas and found the house very clean and comfortable. It was ideally located to walk in to Dartmouth to enjoy the bars, restaurants and shops. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for us all. The fire worjs on New Years eve were a nice experience. Communication with the owner was great
This home is so close and clean and comfortable. The owner was warm and welcoming from the beginning. My whole family- ages 9, 16, 45 & 77 thought is was ideal. Even the neighbors were charming and helpful. Perfection!

Thanks Caroline - I’m so glad you enjoyed the house and lovely Dartmouth. It is a truly special place
We were a group of 6 adults and had a wonderful stay at Andrew's property. Excellent communication from the host prior to our arrival. The house is located only a short walk away from the centre along a relatively flat (for Dartmouth!) road, although it is quite narrow with no on site parking. We dropped our bags off at the property then drove around to find a permit free parking space (suggestions of where to go received from Andrew beforehand) which took around 20 minutes. Parking is a problem in Dartmouth generally, especially in the summer, so we would have had this issue no matter where we stayed. The property was perfect for our needs - very clean with 3 generous sized bedrooms and superb views from the lounge and top bedroom. The owners have decorated the house, especially the the kitchen and main bathroom to a very high standard which made our stay very comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights to watch the Shakespeare play performance at the castle but we can highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again if we return to Dartmouth.
