Horrible experience!

My family booked this property in May for a stay in August and TWO HOURS before checkin the owner canceled the stay. Only after I had reached out asking for details on how to access the house. I had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute and VRBO customer service was useless. This was my first and last time using VRBO and this property owner needs to take responsibility for the house he rents out. He genuinely ruined my families trip that i had planned out months in advance

Nice place. Had a few teenagers with us for a lacrosse tournament. A few others asked to hang out for a while. It got late and we let them stay. Darwin was understanding about it. Thank you.

Family vacation

My husband and I loved staying at this home. The check process was very easy and we could communicate with the host quickly whenever we needed to. I loved the decor of the home and the cleanliness of it. It’s a super cute place to stay with kids especially if going to the parks as the house is all things Mickey Mouse. The house is very close to anything you might need, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. I would only mention it would of been nice to have a bit more kitchen supplies, like more pots and pans. We would definitely come back here for our Florida vacations.
