This 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom vacation villa is in a prime location, situated on the stunning gated golfing community of Remington. This very spacious vacation home offers spectacular lake views from its large extended pool deck with comfortable loungers and chairs.
The home offers a separate living room, dining room and is furnished with matching furnishings and window treatments. The kitchen is fully equipped with all tableware, cookware and electrical goods ie, coffee machine, liquidiser, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, fridge /freezer plus much more. The kitchen overlooks the comfortable family room with seating relax and watch Tv after busy day out. French doors lead out from the breakfast nook into the covered lanai which has table and chairs for outside dining. The home has a separate utility room located just off the double garage.
The huge downstairs master bedroom with 2 walk in closets leads into the master bathroom with his and hers sinks, walk in shower and garden bath.
The upper floor has a further bedroom with en-suite and 2 further bedrooms with an additional family bathroom. All the bedrooms have walk in closets with plenty of room for all the additional holiday bargains.
This beautiful vacation home is located just 15 minute from Orlando International Airport and close to the 192 and Florida Turnpike giving you easy access to all the theme parks and attractions.

Stay here for an extended weekend for golf. It was perfect for 8 guys. Clean and roomy. Looking forward to next years trip. Will be staying here again.

Great neighborhood with the perfect house

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this entire property. We arrived to a spotless home with all the amenities that we had hoped for and more. The view, pool area and general neighborhood could not have been better. The area is very peaceful and it was great waking up and having our morning coffee by the pool area. If we had any questions, Dave was easily accessible and responded in seconds. Great Company to work with when traveling here.

os proprietários sempre atenciosos, a casa é de fácil localização, fica próximo a rede de fast food, casa super aconchegante, ar condicionado ajudou muito pois pegamos 2° graus em dezembro, cozinha super completa. único problema que eu achei foi o colchão da cama do quarto principal... o restante maravilhoso! super indico, voltaria sim!

This property is a great place located in a very nice neighborhood. The only negative things which we were able to figure out are the light switches and outlets. Overall a great place to stay around the Orlando area. I would recommend this property if you need to come to the area!

Great house, nice pool!

The house was clean, the pool was a good temperature and heat is also available for the late night swim. We would definitely stay again. Easy access to the house, everything went great. Quiet neighborhood.

Quiet and Beautiful

It's is all the site say it is. Beautiful home away from home. Close to shopping for the family, (McDonald's, Wendy's for the kids,) and any other eatery that you would like to eat at. The lake was so beautiful, especially at night when you sitting around the pool or taking a late night swim. Wake up to ducks swimming in the lake early morning. Enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Not enough towels for everyone. I'm always the one to bring my own washcloths, hand towels, bath towels, and beach towels for the family. New Year in Orlando

It was an amazing vacation with family. The house is well located close to all the attractions in Orlando and has a very nice pool in a very well maintained community. I would stay there again and again…perfect.

Review of Calloway Lane

Overall nice enough property .. a few disappointing issues. There was mold on the wall of the master bath. As well as mild under toilet. One of the children has asthma and when contacting owner it was brushed off. There was something coming out of recessed lighting- maybe soot? Additionally the door to the master bath came off the hinges. It was evident that this had happened before and that the parts were old. My deposit for damages was never refunded and the issues were brushed off. My perception was they got their money & so be it.

Amazing vacation

This was the best vacation ever. This house is very comfortable and spacious. The pool area is the best part to spend the afternoons. The house was very clean and is beautiful. Thanks Dave for a great house. We will definitely return.

Nice stay here. Clean, peaceful neighborhood, easy to get to.

Would rent this property again, and probably will next year. Everything was clean. We had minor problem with shower door which mgmt. warned us about when we first arrived. It was repaired the next day. Quiet community, and easy to reach. If you rent, make sure you purchase water and ice from store near by the tap water is not very tasty. Also purchase your own bathing soap, even though small bars are provided. There are several stores near by like Publix and Walmart. All appliances worked. The ducks, geese, and other wildlife in large water retention pond behind home are fun to watch while having your morning coffee. Beds are very firm, but for a short stay they will do. The management, Dave and Liz, were very responsive to questions and were helpful.

Very clean, resolved quickly, Wishing we had a grill , ot would have added so much to the vacation. Enjoyed the Rodeo at Silver Spurs arena, best attraction while in town.Will rent again!
