Truly a perfect getaway beach front location (132 steps to dip your toes in the ocean) Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Fabulous stylish sun trap terrace for those evening cocktails and BBQ's, furnished with sun loungers and a spectacular outdoor shower. On the doorstep of great places to visit such as Rye, Hastings & some of the best vineyards the UK has to offer.

Stylishly simple, yet beautifully presented property, design for comfortable relaxing and chilling out. There is potential for a private annexe as the second bedroom has its own bathroom, sun terrace and kitchenette.

The house was the best we had ever booked. Clean, comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. A very clever layout that gave privacy and quiet to those that wanted it.The weather wasn't particularly good but we managed to get out and about on most days, loved the area of Romney and certainly want to make a return visit at some point in the near future.The choices for places to eat were many and varied. The food was fantastic and plentiful and the venues were full and buzzing.We are certainly going to be making a return trip very soonEaster 2026

Location was good, easy walk to the beach. The check in process was simple. On the whole the property was fine, however we reported some damage to the wallpaper and a badly stained cushion in one of the sofas. The next morning we had no hot water through the main shower and even after reporting this a few times the problem was not resolved. We also found the bedding provided was unsuitable, extremely heavy weight duvets during one of the hottest summers! All these issues could so easily be resolved, did it affect our stay, not really, my husband drove down with suitable bedding and we all shared the shower over the bath, but having paid a premium rate for this property I did feel aggrieved that VBRO didn’t really respond in an appropriate way to resolve any of the issues.

Much bigger than it looks from the front! Lovely clean spaces and the outside space was also nice. So handy for walking the dog straight down to the sea. Fish and chips at the pilot nearby was good and the outdoor shower was good for washing the dog after a sandy trip to camber.
