The house has everything for combined generations and especially children to have a super holiday. It was clean, spacious and a peaceful area. It is well placed to walk to three different beaches or drive to two.The pool is a great size for swimming and with steps across one end for children to play.

Fabulous property with outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, games room and well equipped accommodation. 10 minute walk to the beach Our family have a great time celebrating birthdays and being together and there was lots of sunshine and blue skies

Sussex beach

Overall a nice house and well equipped and positionedSome thing are a bit tatty, like the garden cushions box and the key safe. The "gym equipment" is overstated. It was annoying to have the pool maintainence man arrive unanounced during the nicest afternoon weather and take the pool out of action
