Welcome to this lovely penthouse in Los Boliches, just a stone's throw from the center and the 8km long sandy beach and promenade. Nearby is Los Boliches train station which takes you to and from the airport and along the entire coast from Fuengirola to Malaga City. The beach is about 450m away and the nearest large grocery store is 290m from the apartment. The train station is 260m away and also Corte ingles outlet which is a popular shop. When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a completely newly built apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook on holiday. Furthermore, you have a dining group for 4 people and a comfortable sofa corner with a large smart TV and a private balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy the sun all afternoon.
