There are no stairs to access the apartment, which is located on the fifteenth and top floor of a building served by 4 lifts. All common areas in the building are free of architectural barriers.
On the ground floor of the building, which can be reached directly by lift, there is a pastry and coffee bar, with ample indoor and outdoor space for breakfast, quick snacks, and excellent desserts and ice cream. Cleaning services are available upon request for long stays.
Energy efficiency renovation work is currently underway in the building.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
Guests also have access to shared spaces and services (free parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles; private beach access; outdoor showers; direct access to the pastry and coffee bar; concierge service; 4 lifts). All common areas are barrier-free.
The host speaks Italian and English. Before your arrival, she can assist with booking beach services (through September 30) and, if needed, help arrange for groceries to be delivered directly to the property.

The wide sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio, equipped with all seasonal beach amenities, are particularly suitable for children and long walks.
